Our multi-disciplinary practice fosters a creative, disciplined, and collaborative environment where architects, engineers, interior designers and other professionals work closely together, giving individuals the opportunity to gain experience in multiple project types. We value our employees, and offer a comprehensive benefits package that is extremely competitive when compared to our peers within the industry.
EwingCole places a high value on professional development and has developed a structured approach to career pathing. EC Engage – our proprietary performance feedback tool – provides employees and supervisors with the tools to monitor progress toward the achievement of personal goals. In addition, we have several internal organizations designed to effectively define and promote a better understanding of our common values and purpose.
EwingCole Continuing Education conducts firm-wide learning sessions that develop technical literacy, communicate firm-wide standards, and outline best practices for delivering design excellence.
Women @ EC is a collaborative network of women committed to influencing peers, inspiring growth, and realizing the potential for lasting cultural change.
What’s Happening @ EwingCole recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of our team, facilitates internal design presentations, and organizes social activities.
Emerging Professionals @ EwingCole provides broad exposures to critical elements of the profession, and to prepare them for licensure exams.
As designers, we draw upon ideological constructs or reference built work as we remake or invent new programs in the context of a rapidly changing world. Given the immediacy of their contact with academia and their immersion in a fluid and rapidly evolving culture, our emerging professionals often play a critical and collaborative role in this dialogue.
We value young graduates for the quality of their work, and we actively seek to integrate their fresh and unencumbered views into our collective knowledge base. Our mentorship program for architects, engineers and interior designers is designed to provide emerging professionals with broad exposures to critical elements of the profession, and to prepare them for licensure exams.

The Summer Internship program at EwingCole is fundamental to building a vibrant, design rich professional community. It is an opportunity for students to get to know us and for us to learn about them and, in several instances, it has served as the first step toward full-time work. Summer Internships provide a holistic understanding of the firm and allow students to work on a number of projects, often using their school based design skills.
We are currently accepting applications for Summer Internships. Click the link below and apply today.
